I've been peeking at Etsy online for several months but have never actually bought anything before. That changed this week when I stumbled upon Palmetto Handmade. I fell in love with the verse purses and decided to get the alphabet one for Talia. It got shipped this morning and I'm so excited that it will be here soon. I have never sewn before but seeing all the homemade items on the site makes me want to take up a new hobby.

Those are really neat. that purse probably would'nt be to hard to make. I'm sure Heather could show us all how. I'll have to keep that in mind for when I teach Gus' preschool.
Carrie, I absolutely love sewing now! It makes me happy and I would be happy to sew some stuff with you. I know a few people who sell on Etsy - I'll have to get their links so you can see their stuff.
